In addition to our standard terms and conditions, wholesaler accounts are also governed according to these further terms.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before applying for a wholesale account with Little Bread Winner. By applying, you agree to be bound by these terms.
MINIMUM FIRST ORDER:
- All new wholesale accounts must place a minimum first order of AU$300 or more.
- This first order must be placed within 30 days of your account confirmation.
PRICING:
- You agree to maintain the recommended retail price (RRP) for all products purchased at wholesale. This means you cannot sell products at a price lower than the RRP.
- Any exceptions to this pricing policy must be approved in writing by Little Bread Winner.
ACCOUNT ACTIVITY:
- To maintain your active wholesale account status, you must place orders at least once every 90 days.
- If there is a lapse of more than 90 days between consecutive orders, Little Bread Winner reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account.
ADDITIONAL TERMS:
- Little Bread Winner reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by email.
- If an incorrect shipping option is selected during checkout (such as “Local Pickup” when the shipping address is outside our local area), Little Bread Winner reserves the right to apply a shipping fee adjustment to your final order amount to include the appropriate shipping fees. We will contact you with the updated details before proceeding with the shipment.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
- Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions will be resolved by an agreed dispute resolution method, e.g., arbitration or mediation.
- By clicking “I agree” or submitting your first order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
