Exchanges & Returns

For all exchange & return requests, please email [email protected], and let us know your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange or return, and the reason for your request. Once received, a member of our team will be in touch with further details.

Items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging.

Unfortunately, sale items may not be returned.


Once a returned item is received by Little Bread Winner, we will assess the item’s condition and confirm via email whether it meets the return & refund requirements.

The refund will be the price paid at the time of purchase as shown on the order confirmation email.

Please note that the original delivery costs will be excluded unless the item(s) are returned in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (e.g. they are faulty).

Refunds will usually be processed within 10 business days after you receive email refund confirmation.

Returns under Australian Consumer Law

If the product is damaged, faulty or does not match the description given, you are protected under Australian Consumer Law. For more information about your rights as a consumer, see the Australian Consumer Law website.

For item(s) that are returned in accordance with your statutory rights, delivery costs are our responsibility. We may also cover the costs of re-delivering any replacement item where appropriate.
