I’m Cascie Kambouris, the founder of Little Bread Winner, and like many bread lovers, I was obsessed with fresh, crusty sourdough. But every time I tried to cut a thin slice, I ended up with a mangled mess—or worse, a chunk so thick it could double as a doorstop (just like the ones bakeries give you!). I knew there had to be a better way

So, I set out to create the perfect tool for myself to make my slicing bread effortless—something sharp, precise, and beautiful. That’s how the Little Bread Winner Bread Saw was born.
