I bought this because I was buying the bread saw and board and thought I may as well get the set. But I am in awe of how great they work!!!! I have used it for both bought and home made bread, cut open, and it was so fresh two days later I could eat it as bread rather than having to make toast. I’m in awe of how well it works. Now I just have to get my husband to remember to put the bread away in the bag rather than leaving it on the bench.
