Love this Bread saw, and our friends that have seen it now all want one, for themselves as well as for gifts
Works perfectly- very happy with knife
This is the best bread knife I have ever used. Cuts through sour dough bread with ease.
Great product. Delivered on time and as described.
I am updating my earlier review (see below). Cascie of Little Bread Winner contacted me and identified the fault with the blade that meant I couldn't cut straight slices. She quickly sent me a new saw (and a complimentary cutting board). The new saw works perfectly, slicing through a seeded sour dough loaf with easy. I really appreciate the way in which Cascie dealt with the issue I identified. Not all business are as consumer focused. I would recommend buying the grooved cutting board too, as it allows the saw to cut cleanly all the way through the loaf. (Of course, you can always just use the edge of your traditional board to achieve much the same outcome.)
My earlier review: "Beautiful looking implement and the serrated blade is nicely sharp. One problem: the blade is too flexible, so it is very difficult to cut straight slices, especially with sour dough loaves (like mine) that have a well cooked top. Perhaps a wider, stiffer blade for future models?"
Thank you Sean,
Im so glad I could help and we got to the bottom of the issue.
We will always stand behind our produst and I am just so thriled we were able to turn this from a 3 to a 5 star experience for you.
Best of luck with the reno and the dog sitting and im sure we will cross paths again.
