I recently purchased this fabulous box of goodies. First, Cascie didn’t forget about those of us who are left handed! Then, she made sure the handle was a nice fit in my hand, then the product…slices like a dream -absolutely no effort required. Plus I store the knife in its little bag on a hook! I love my grooved board which means there’s no damage to the board and crusty bases stay in tact …and the bag keeps the loaf fresh, so much nicer than pre sliced. Yet to use my wax but it smells beautiful. Great product made locally and with care. Well done guys!

I was looking for a bread knife and stumbled upon this. I am so glad I bought the gift box because otherwise I would not have known about how well everything goes together. The bread board really complements using the saw because it provides a channel for the saw so that you cut right through the bread… rather than struggling with the bottom crust. It also provides a guideline for cutting straight slices of bread. Then the bread bag, which I would not have thought of buying separately, is fantastic. I cannot believe how fresh the bread remains inside this bag! I thought the saw bag was just a another calico bag to throw in the drawer but we have used it for keeping the bread saw in and it is making tidying up easy. The saw goes in the bag and then both bag and board go on a shelf. So easy! I must admit the teatowel did end up in the teatowel draw and not saved just for bread. I haven’t used the steriliser or wax yet but their time will come. And it all arrived so beautifully boxed my husband did feel like it was a present, not a comment on his bread slicing technique.
